Service Service Operations Global Operational Support
Global Operation Support is a part of the Service organisation in Vestas. We are responsible for work globally on assignments for improvement, optimisation, commissioning, construction, and prototype related tasks.
You will work as part of a dedicated team of employees, 18- 30 Supervisors and Lead Supervisors being on assignments in many different locations in Denmark and around the globe.
Responsibilities
You will be the leader of this team with the following areas of responsibility:
A key aspect of the role will be intercultural interaction hence you will engage in cross-border international dialogues. This will involve some challenges but should also provide you with an interesting learning experience. The role features many complex aspects which will make each working day a real adventure.

The primary work location is in Videbæk, Denmark.
You should expect a certain amount of travel activity but less than 25 days annually.

Service Service Operations Global Operational Support
Global Operation Support is a part of the Service organisation in Vestas. We are responsible for work globally on assignments for improvement, optimisation, commissioning, construction, and prototype related tasks.

Responsibilities
You will be the leader of this team with the following areas of responsibility:
- Operations execution to fulfil obligations and achieve customer satisfaction targets as well as supervised boundaries - key internal and external relationships
- Project and resource planning of manpower
- Recruit, motivate and assist as good as possible to encourage good work
- Ensure that the Vestas personal development plans (CPD) for the team members are followed
- Ensure all training plans is up to date and aligned with the needs
- Provide the necessary governance and systems to ensure compliance to Vestas policies and contractual obligations e.g. ensure that all local agreement is in compliant and implemented
- You should always be promoting a safe working culture and in accordance with the Vestas safety values

Qualifications
You may have the following qualifications:
- Experience as Team leader and remote leadership, but it is not a must
- A good prerequisite could also be if you are working as Site Manager, Lead Supervisor, Team Coordinator/Planner, Assistant Team Leader or other
- Experience from the wind industry or contextually related - operational environment
- Hold a degree/diploma related to management and/or technical
- Proficient in English and Danish both written and verbally
- Good knowledge of Microsoft and IT in general
- Willing to make overtime to comply with the Global Scale of the support and the stakeholders time zones
