Key role in an exciting expansion of site
FUJIFILM Diosynth Biotechnologies have begun its large-scale cell culture expansion project in Hillerød. The expansion will be transformative, significantly expanding their ability to support current and future partners, infusing sustainability efforts into future operations, and further strengthening their leadership in biologic drug substance manufacturing. This project requires a Senior Project Manager to take on a key role within Process Equipment in this expansion.Multi-stakeholder management
You will be overall responsible for leading the project teams, including external contractors and internal stakeholders with a focus on ensuring alignment across the project organisation. As well as communicate updates and project information over the cross section of stakeholders, sponsors, and governance teams. You will manage equipment package activities, lead the process equipment teams and support the Head of Project Services. All in all, a position that requires strong project management, vendor management and stakeholder management. You will report to the Associate Director Global Project Engineering and have a dotted reference line to the Project Lead of the North Star DSM Expansion Project.Capex project management experience
The role is dynamic and challenging in nature and requires sound decision-making on a daily basis. Considerate decision-making will include decisions on the scope development, execution plan proposals, project progress and improvement alterations, as well as decisions regarding the alignment of resource plans with project objectives.You most likely come with minimum an academic degree in engineering within mechanical, chemical, process or similar. You have worked within the pharmaceutical, biotech or likewise and have a strong and well-founded Capex project management experience.
