Do you understand how to combine business requirements with efficient IT solutions? And are you able to maintain the big overview while navigating in a dynamic and fast-paced environment? Then you might be the one we are looking for!
Primary Duties and Responsibilities: We are looking for a business-oriented Senior IT project manager, with the ability to analyze and implement efficient IT solutions in the leading pharma engineering company in Denmark. You will be responsible for managing several tasks and projects at the same time, while delivering high quality. Furthermore, you will be able to impact our IT solutions and play a key role in developing NNE’s IT strategy.
We are looking for a person that has analytical skills combined with technical understanding. It is furthermore important to have strong communication and stakeholder management skills, as the roles requires you to coNNEct with line of business and execute projects from the first thought to a successful implementation. You will support building strong business cases and are not afraid of challenging both stakeholders and suppliers.
You will report to the Director of Global IT and be part of a team of 15 experienced IT professionals across Denmark and India which you will work closely with. We provide best in class IT project management and support, in close collaboration with our service provider and our local IT supporters in affiliates in India and the US.
Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Plan and implement IT projects
- Have a constant overview of potential future challenges and initiate measures to take this into account
- Has the big overview and taking a key role defining NNE’s future IT strategy
- Build efficient IT procedures and ensure governance
- Ensure high quality deliveries from IT suppliers
Required Qualifications: We are looking for a skilled Senior IT project manager that naturally interacts with the business on behalf of IT, and that are motivated by being a part of cross-disciplinary teams. Further, you have the desire to get involved in your projects on several levels and the ability to understand the technical solution in order to take the dialogue with specialists.
- You hold a relevant educational background, preferable a masters within IT or similar
- Solid experience and proven track record within project management
- Familiar with contract management and handling of suppliers
- Experience with documentation and governance
- Understanding of IT applications and IT infrastructure
- Fluent in both written and verbal English
