Are you passionate about Facility Management (FM) and customer service? Then we have an exciting job for you. NNE is looking for a Facility Manager to join our Facility Management department.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities: We offer you the opportunity to work in the leading pharma engineering company in Denmark, where you will be challenged professionally and, even more importantly, you will have dynamic interaction with all our great colleagues and suppliers every day.
You will be part of a dedicated team that provides Facility Management services for NNE sites in the Danish organization in Virum, Måløv and Kalundborg. Your primary workplace will be at our headquarter located in Virum.
Facility Management is responsible for managing NNE’s buildings, technical installations, cleaning services, canteens, reception, and in general all in-house facility services in close cooperation with our subcontractors. Note - this a functional management position only, with no direct reports; line management responsibilities lie with the Manager of DK Support, to whom this role also refers.
Your main tasks & responsibilities
- All daily operating activities within Facility Management at NNE DK sites.
- Link between our subcontractors and FM.
- Prepare Facility Management’s budget and monthly closing.
- Procurement of materials and services including invoice review and contract negotiations.
- FM ad hoc tasks at NNE Kalundborg site 3-4 days a month.
- Ensuring a safe office environment that fosters innovation and focused on sustainability.
- Project Manager when/if establishing new sites and upgrade/maintenance of sites.
We offer a full-time contract and the expected working hours in the Facility Management office is from 8 to 16. Extended office hours can occur, so flexibility is expected.
Required Qualifications: - Focus on delivering outstanding FM results while being an engaged and motivated team player.
- Robust personality with a strong business drive.
- Customer-oriented and focused with strong professional business service orientation.
Facility Management is responsible for NNE’s daily workplace operations and you therefore understand the necessity of following procedures and having an eye for practical details. You thrive in a busy environment with high internal activity and are motivated by solving problems in-house.
Qualifications and experiences
- 7-10 years of experience from a similar position in Facility Management.
- Proven technical skills.
- Solid experience with supplier contact (procurement and contract negotiation).
- Innovative thinking, creative problem solving and identifying areas of improvement.
- Familiar with the MS Office package and curios about getting to know other systems and tools.
- Experience working with numbers and financial figures.
You live in Denmark and are fluent in written and verbal Danish and English. The job requires a valid DK driver’s license B and a valid Danish work permit.
