Our Customer Service team is focused on supporting and optimizing Pharmaceutical and Biotech production facilities by utilizing our insights and by staying on after project completion. We have a unique level of experience within Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), Operational Equipment Efficiency (OEE), Serialization, Barcode equipment (GxP devices).
Standardisation & optimisation of our service delivery is a key activity in our Customer Service business, when bringing in our next generation IT services such remote Mobile Device Management (MDM), Cloud computing, etc.
What you will do
The Customer Service Manager reports to the Director for Manufacturing IT and has responsibility of a team of 15-20 FTE’s delivering IT services including the helpdesk responsible for first level support of incoming incidents. You will be part of our Manufacturing IT management team and play an active role in the strategic development of the department and services delivered.
You will be located at our headquarter in Virum and will head a team of motivated and inspired Service Delivery Managers, Engineers and Technical supporters, ensuring that the day-to-day technical operations meet our Service Level Agreements and the business is monitored with effective KPI’s and metrics for the benefit of our clients.

The way you lead
As Manager of Customer Service Operations, you will be responsible for the following:
- Lead a team of motivated employees by maturing and extending the service capabilities of the team
- Take overall responsibility for delivery to customers in accordance with approved Service Level Agreements
- Responsible for compliance with relevant processes e.g. change control, configuration management, GxP, etc.
- Ensuring a high level of customer (user) satisfaction and close cooperation with Our clients and NNE colleagues
- Manage and develop the requested competencies in the department
- Being active in driving Innovation to operational excellence and aftersales.
- Ensure quality, cost effectiveness and performance of services delivered, P&L responsible
- Clearly communicate with our clients and internal stakeholders.

Your qualifications
- You have +3 years of leadership experience as Manager, Team Leader, Service Delivery Manager or Project Manager in either the IT service, engineering- or pharmaceutical industry.
- You hold a relevant M.Sc. or B.Sc degree in Engineering or IT
- You have a strong technical insight in pharmaceutical production establishment, preferably in finished products manufacturing/facilities.
- You have experience with sales of technical project services.
- Preferably, you have experience with service desk operations (ITIL or similar)
- Proficiency in Danish and English, both written and spoken, is required.
