We are looking for a business-oriented IT contracts manager. This newly established position is a unique opportunity to have a massive impact and influence on how we handle vendor management as well as all aspects of daily IT support activities.
We are looking for a person that has analytical skills combined with technical understanding. It is furthermore important to have strong communication and stakeholder management skills to be able to coNNEct with line of business, as well as vendors and other external partners.
You will report to the Director of Global IT and be part of a team of 15 experienced IT professionals across Denmark and India, with whom you will work closely. We provide best in class IT project management and support, in close collaboration with our service provider and our local IT supporters in India and the US.

You will report to the Director of Global IT and be part of a team of 15 experienced IT professionals across Denmark and India, with whom you will work closely. Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Ensure timely deliverables according to our service level agreements with vendors through continuous evaluation of the collaboration, service delivery meetings, reporting etc.
- Develop and maintain governance roadmaps and implement IT policies and procedures
- Participate in the development of NNE’s IT strategy
- Identify needs for re-negotiating existing contracts or entering new ones to fulfil the needs of our users
- Effectively handle escalation issues from users that are not satisfied or when they are requesting non-standard services
- Create new standard services, and support the transition from project-mode to normal operations
- Have a constant overview of potential future challenges and initiate measures to take this into account
- Build efficient IT procedures and ensure governance
Your Qualifications:

We expect that you
- have a relevant degree with business administration and computer science or similar.
- have at least 3-5 years’ experience working with IT contract management from either the vendor side or customer side or alternatively from a job as project manager within IT operations
- have experience working with an outsourced delivery model and are comfortable working with ITIL processes.
- you are analytical, and have sense for the small details
- have skills in and interest for development of IT procedures and IT governance
- are fluent in Danish and in English (written as well as verbal) as you will be working with international colleagues.
