As a project manager in NNE's Automation & IT division, you will be coordinating one of our projects or portfolios based on the existing automation technologies and the new stuff within the Industry 4.0 domain. <br
The focus for this position is automation, software development and solutions from early project phases to the test and handover to the final operation in pharma/biotech facilities. You will be working with highly qualified engineers, specialists and project managers, in an international environment.

How you might spend your days
As an Project Manager for Automation & IT, you'll be working with a motivated, multi-disciplinary team where you'll:
- Define the project execution strategy and identification of the risks and mitigations
- Estimate the cost estimating and plan the budget in collaboration with our engineers and specialist
- Plan the project schedule and activity
- Set the team and have focus on the development of the team members
- Handle stakeholder analysis and management
- Secure the final delivery of the agreed scope, quality and within the budget
- Ensure the right level of communication to the project and stakeholders
- With your proven leadership skills, you'll motivate, develop and give feedback to the team, and ensure high level of the customer satisfaction.

- Engineer, computer scientist or similar degree/experience or relevant technical knowledge background
- You have 5 years of experience within Automation & IT projects
