Are you an experienced project manager with a passion for digital solutions & driving change in the business?</b Then we have an exciting opportunity for you as Digital Project Manager within Global IT at NNE.
Global IT consists of a team of 20 dedicated people managing all IT related solutions and services across NNE. The team is working out of Denmark and India. The work environment is dynamic and requires the ability to work closely with the business owners to understand and adapt to changing business needs.
As Digital Project Manager, you will help drive digital transformation within NNE. You will work closely together with NNE’s business units and manage high priority projects that enjoy support from Senior Management. Digitalization is a strategic focus area for NNE, and you will play a key role in shaping the digital transformation in NNE.

How you might spend your days
Your key responsibilites will be to
- help define clear strategic objectives and success criteria for projects
- maintain close dialog with business to understand business needs and requirements
- scope solutions together with the business and the development team
- align and communicate with stakeholders to ensure commitment to initiatives
- plan and manage projects throughout its lifecycle
- drive change management to ensure value creation of projects
You will report to the CIO, and be a part of the IT leadership team.

- have good cross-cultural understanding, and fluency in written and spoken English are essential – the IT team is international and department meetings are conducted in English
The miles you’ve walked
To apply for the position there are some things that are needed, and others a bonus. We believe these qualifications are needed for you to succeed in this role:
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in relevant field
- 3+ years of experience within IT project management
- Proven track record in executing projects effectively
- Experience with driving change within large organizations
- Experience with Business Intelligence / Data Management projects will be considered an advantage
- Experience with driving IT projects within an international organization will be considered an advantage
