As HR Business Partner, you will be at the forefront of driving and delivering the HR strategy. You will be supporting both Colgate-Palmolive and Hill’s Pet Nutrition within Denmark, Sweden, Norway, and Finland. While working with the Senior Management Team across client groups, you will have responsibility for driving employee engagement, developing talent management and succession plans, as well as supporting Line Managers to develop and coach their teams.
Further, you will be working with the wider HR team to support organizational change programs, review and develop policies and processes, and contribute to global HR projects. The role is key in driving the People & Organization agenda, understanding business priorities, and translating strategy into relevant and impactful HR action. You will act as a trusted partner to their business, build solid relationships with the business, identify challenges, and play an advisory role in addressing them.
We expect you to have at least 5 years of experience in a similar role, working with change management, preferably from a matrix organization (in a Nordic or International setting). Your stakeholder management skills are on a high level, and you have a proven track record of successful delivery against time-to-fill targets. Experience with Nordic payroll and employment law is a plus.
