What drives our passion – and hopefully yours
We are currently looking for an intern to join our department of Space Management in the autumn period of 2022. You will primarily work at our office in Virum in first place. However, some days can be operated from our office in Kalundborg or Construction sites in the area of Copenhagen.
Does the idea of work and coordinate in 3D excite you? Do you like to work with people in a project environment and contribute to solve cross disciplinary issues when designing pharma facilities? Then you’ll fit right in as a Space Manager!
Our department of multidisciplinary Space Managers are working with 3D design coordination within pharma and biotechnology. The department have been groving due to the number of bigger projects and therefore we would like to offer an exciting Internship for the right student. All activities are project-based, meaning you’ll never get bored as you develop your competencies with each new task.

How you might spend your days
In this internship, you'll be working in projects as a Space Manager where you will:
- Evaluate the space needed for main equipment
- 'Generate and maintain equipment layout
- Sections needed to validate space for equipment and distribution
- Generate and evaluate distribution diagrams for main distribution systems
- 2D or 3D Sketches to illustrate different options or issues
- Cross-disciplinary coordination. – Facilitate Meetings & Workshops / Installations designs (MEP) / WS Work with Indian (coordination) / 3D Modeling (new families etc. within Revit)
- Generate and update 3D model based on internal and external input
- Exchange 3D model files with vendors and partners around the world
- Perform cross-disciplinary clash check and solving proposals

The miles you’ve walked
To apply for the position there are some things that are needed, and others a bonus. We believe these qualifications are needed for you to succeed in this role:
- You are in the later phases of a relevant engineering education within facility design - could be Byggeteknik, Integreret design, Konstruktionsteknik, Maskinteknik
- You write and speak English. Danish and other languages will be considered an advantage
- You know desktop software like Word and Excel. Knowledge of Microsoft Visio is also an advantage
- You know how to use Revit or other 3D design tools
