How you might spend your days
As a Project Manager, you'll be working with an innovative, multi-disciplinary team where, you'll be:
- responsible for the management of project planning, plan of resources, scope, time and economy according to customer requirements and expectations and secure fulfilment of plans. You can approve allocation and prioritization of key resources together with Line Management
- involved in phases from basic, detailed design, construction, commissioning to hand-over.
- working as a consultant to our customers independently or as a part of a project team within Project Management
As the company is growing rapidly and our business area is expanding outside of Denmark, you can expect some work-related travelling, approximately 4-8 weeks per year.

- have exceptional Customer Orientation skills and take part in building and coordinating customer relationships at local site or business entity.
- help customers in understanding project deliverables and consequently resource/competence requirements.
- are able to involve experts to inspire and challenge the customer to ensure to find the right solution
- ensure project compliance in accordance to NNE quality system, standards and methods, including Our Model, as a basic for execution.
- show project leadership and in close cooperation with NNE management representatives secure that the project teams possess the required skills and work efficiently
- are interested in working in an energetic environment, engagement and want to work with highly skilled colleagues
- secure that the project teams are organized in a way that allows full utilization across projects and ensure feedback and development of team members.
- are eager to learn and become familiar with the pharmaceutical business and challenge to execute the projects
The miles you’ve walked
To apply for the position there are some things that are needed, and others a bonus. We believe these qualifications are needed for you to do well in this role:
- M.Sc. or B.Sc. in Engineering or similar
- You are certified IPMA, PMI or similar. It will be considered as an advantage.
- You have a technical background or experience from a similar position.
- Fluent in English and Danish - spoken and written. You live in Denmark.
- Experience within project management and phases.
- Experience from pharma, biotech or healthcare industries is preferred.
- Leadership experience from working with project teams. Understanding of project governance structures.
- Experience working closely with customer project managers and key project team members.
- Experience in coaching project team members.
