As Senior Project Manager, you will direct the strategic digitalization track within nne. You will work closely together with nne’s business units, and supervise high priority projects that enjoy support from top management. Digitalization is a strategic focus area for nne, and you will have an important role in shaping the digital transformation in nne.
You will be part of nne Global IT, and will report directly to the CIO.

How you might spend your days
As Senior Project Manager, you'll be working with a diverse team, where you will
- contribute defining clear strategic milestones and success criteria for projects
- maintain close dialog with business to understand business needs and requirements
- scope projects together with the business and the development team
- align and commune with stakeholders to ensure commitment to initiatives
- plan and supervise projects throughout its lifecycle
- coordinate organizational change management to ensure value creation of projects

- are an experienced project manager, who coordinates projects effectively

- understand how technology can empower the business, and can articulate the value of digital solutions in a convincing manner
- have good cross-cultural understanding, and fluency in written and spoken English are essential – the IT team is international and department meetings are conducted in English
The miles you’ve walked
To apply for the position there are some things that are needed, and others a bonus. We believe these qualifications are needed for you to do well in this role:
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in relevant field
- 5+ years of experience within IT project management
- You feel confident in your methods of carrying out projects effectively
- Experience with how to ensure change within large organizations
- Experience with managing project portfolios (e.g. in PMO) will be considered an advantage
