As our new department manager you will work in a Leadership role, where you will contribute to the further development of nne’s Project Planning Department, and hopefully take it to the next level.
By joining our Project Planning Department , you will become a part of our Project Execution area consisting of approximately 200 highly skilled project employees and more than 10 experienced managers. The Project Planning department comprises 15 committed project planners & schedulers located in Denmark and in our office in India. One of your tasks will be to grow this number.
Our Project Planners are an integral part of the Project management team in our largest projects – the largest pharma-projects in Danish history.

How you might spend your days
As our new Project Planning Manager, you will be working with a motivated, multi-disciplinary team where you will
- motivate, support and coach your team. Provide day-to-day leadership, and articulate and implement the strategic vision for your team.
- ensure role model stakeholder management and business partnering. In particular, ensure a strong relationship and
- efficient collaboration and communication with customers and various internal stakeholders
- coordinate with senior management on procurement processes and systems to ensure effective project management and implementation across the organization
- determine how team resources should be allocated across projects
- promote the development, implementation, and training of best procurement practices
- ensure the well-being and continuous growth of the Procurement & Contract Mgt. team
- engage and communicate with senior management on achievements, issues and lessons learned and share these across nne’s organization

The miles you’ve walked
To apply for the position there are some things that are needed, and others are a bonus. We believe these qualifications are needed for you to do well in this role:
- At least 5 years of relevant project planning & scheduling experience in international organizations or in multi-cultural environments
- You have proven skillsets and competences within project planning and scheduling of large EPC contracts.
- Preferably you have experience in coordinating a team of project planners
- You thrive best when working in a progressive environment with highly skilled colleagues
- Understanding of and experience with project organizations and governance structures would be a bonus
- Experience with leadership/management positions is also a preference
- Relevant bachelor’s degree
- Extensive experience with Primavera P6, MS Project and Power BI
- Experience with Earned value management
