As a manager in Architecture & Design, you will, together with your team, be a part of our Facility Design area – a cross-cultural team that in Denmark employs around 200 employees and consultants working closely together with our 65 colleagues located in India. How you might spend your days
As a manager in Architecture & Design, you'll be working in a cross-disciplinary and co-creative environment, where you'll be:
- An integrated member of the Facility Design Management team and participate in defining and implementing our strategic goals.
- Working with our project managers and sales force to assure resources and competencies on projects.
- Responsible for driving selected cross-disciplinary development projects across the Facility Design line of business.
- Responsible for developing competencies, tools, and design methodologies within Architecture and logistics design.
- In direct reference for 20-25 employees/consultants specialized in architectural design, logistics design, specifications, tender preparation, and supervision.
- Sparing and challenging projects to stay in touch with technical developments within the discipline and the NNE way of working.
- Collaborating closely with our Office in India, where an increasing amount of the engineering is executed.

The miles you’ve walked
To apply for the position there are some things that are needed, and others are a bonus. We believe these qualifications are needed for you to do well in this role:
- You have a degree as an Architect, Architectural Technologist, Architectural Engineer, or similar with a minimum of ten years of experience.
- 5+ years of experience in people management or team management.
- You have experience with engineering projects in the industrial or life-science sectors.
