How you might spend your days
As Manager for Information and Document Management, you'll be working with a new-established department where, you'll be:
- Be part of outlining the strategic vision for the department and NNE within Information and Document Management
- Build up the organization, with special focus on work sharing, to accommodate the demands of our project portfolio
- Stakeholder management. Ensure efficient cooperation and transparency with project teams, partners and customer’s project team.
- Coordinate with Senior Management to create processes and systems to ensure effective project management and implementation across the organization.
- Direct the activities of the Information and Document Management team and determine how team resources should be allocated across projects.
- Develop our Information and Document Management processes and create Good Documentation Practice training to our projects
- Communicate with Senior Management on successes, issues and lessons learned from implementation and share these across NNE’s organization.
- Be a part of the ongoing strategic journey in NNE

- Demonstrated ability to manage and motivate international and local staff into a cohesive team and proven record in effectively managing multidisciplinary partnerships.

- Willingness to travel frequently and work under field conditions.

The miles you’ve walked
To apply for the position there are some things that are needed, and others are a bonus. We believe these qualifications are needed for you to do well in this role:
- Master’s degree in Project Management, International Development, MBA, Political Science, or related studies is required.
- Strong experience of at least 10 years of relevant work experience in international organizations or in multi-cultural environments, preferably from pharma & biotech industries.
- Experienced and ambitious competences within SharePoint
- Interest in working in an energetic environment, engagement and want to work with highly skilled colleagues
- Global working experience
- Leadership experience from working with project teams.
- Experience working closely with customer project managers and key project team members.
- Experience in coaching project team members
- Result-oriented and focused on resolving problems to the benefit of all stakeholders.
