Do you have experience with management of complex Automation and IT projects within the pharmaceutical production? As a project manager in NNE's Automation & IT division, you will be coordinating one of our projects or portfolios based on the existing automation technologies and the new stuff within the Industry 4.0 domain.
The technical focus for this position is automation and IT software development and solutions from early project phases to the test and handover to our customers in pharma/biotech facilities. You will be working with highly qualified engineers, specialists and project managers in an international environment.
The project size can vary a lot from very large greenfield projects, where you will be a part of a large organization, to minor complex projects where you are responsible for the whole delivery.
We are currently looking into some of our largest projects for Novo Nordisk in our project portfolio focusing on all aspects of pharmaceutical production.

How you might spend your days
As a Project Manager for Automation & IT, you will be working with a motivated, multi-disciplinary team where you will:
- Define the project execution strategy and identify the risks and mitigations
- Estimate the cost and plan the budget in collaboration with our engineers and specialists. This includes but is not limited to:
- Project planning and ensure the delivery within agreed quality, schedule and cost
- Set up the team and secure focus on the development of the team members
- Ensure the scope of the work with respect to budget and schedule
- Stakeholder management and ensure sufficient level of communication to all parties
- Secure the final delivery of the project to the customer
- With your proven leadership skills, you'll motivate and develop the team by providing feedback on a regular basis and ensure a high level of customer and employee satisfaction
Who you are

- Work across the boundaries and you like to work in a diverse and international environment
- Create results through efficient project management, efficient communication and leveraging from your relations and stakeholder management
- Could have experience in managing projects both according to the waterfall model, as well as agile project management methods
- Have personal commitment, known for your effectiveness and an open management style
- Are fluent in English and Danish, both written and spoken
The miles you’ve walked
In all positions there are some things that are needed, and others a bonus. We believe these qualifications are needed for you to do well in this role:
- You have an educational background on bachelor level or similar relevant technical background
- You have at least 5 years of experience with a proven history within Automation & IT projects, primarily within the pharmaceutical industry
- Certified as a Project Manager within e.g., IPMA, PMP, PRICE 2
