How you might spend your days
As a Senior Engineering Manager, you’ll be working with an innovative, multi-disciplinary team where you’ll be:
- Leading and directing the engineering team on the specific project including on-the-job training and development of team competences.
- Leading and coordinating inter-disciplinary design activities to achieve design synchronization and alignment with design requirements.
- Managing consistency of design output and compliance with codes and regulations.
- Leading and defining project strategy for cross-disciplinary reviews
- Performing change and scope management to achieve effective control and risk management of changes.
- Handling earned value management and follow-up on overall project progress
- Leading and managing strategy and plan for project handover
- Coordinating design alignment between the client and NNE throughout the project lifecycle, facilitating clarifications and fulfilment of client expectations.

The miles you’ve walked
In all positions there are some things that are needed, and others a bonus. We believe these qualifications are needed for you to do well in this role:
- You have an engineering degree or similar and a proven history of project delivery roles within engineering
- Leadership experience
- Pharma experience
- Project experience from Basic Design, Detailed Design, Construction, Commissioning, Verification and Handover
- Preferably formal Project or Engineering Management training
- You are fluent in English (spoken and written)
