The position
As Procurement Manager, you will be part of Global Procurement and be responsible for managing tactical and strategic procurement, at the production site in Hørsholm, Denmark. The main objective as Procurement Manager is to focus on balanced objectives, supporting and realising cost savings, risk mitigations and adequate quality and supply of materials and services.

Your profile
You have a bachelor’s degree in engineering, pharmacy, business administration, or similar relevant education. You have a minimum of 2 years of experience with tactical and strategic procurement or experience from a role where you have been involved in procurement and handling suppliers within the field of capex. Experience within the technical area of production or engineering, industrial companies, or from a closely related industry like pharma/chemical/food/ingredients is an advantage.
Furthermore, you are an experienced IT-user and fluent in Danish (both written and spoken) with also a high level of Business English.

Your main tasks will be:
- Source new and manage existing Capex supplies and contracts.
- Source new and manage existing Facility Management supplies and contracts.
- Conduct supplier evaluations.
- Preventive risk management in relation to external supply disruptions.
- Plan and execute optimization of supply/suppliers according to Global Procurement’s value drivers, i.e., quality, sustainability, ebit, time and innovation.
- Supplier management and key contact to suppliers.
- Procurement’s point of contact for Capex and Facility Management at the Danish production site and point of escalation for local Purchasers.
- Communication and stakeholder management.
Your profile
