We need you at our office in Copenhagen!
MakesYouLocal helps webshops succeed abroad and several of our clients are focusing on the Dutch market. This is why we are looking for new colleagues to join our Dutch speaking team in Copenhagen.
Do you have e-commerce knowledge and would love to learn more about payment, logistics and trust marks. Would you like to localize webshops for launch in the Netherlands and also work with customer service, translations, and social media on behalf of our clients? In other words, our new Dutch colleague will learn to manage all the tasks required, for a webshop to succeed in the Netherlands. On top of that, the preferred candidate is able to read and understand Swedish or Danish. – and maybe even speak and write the language as well.

What we expect from our next colleague

That you are ready to step up when our customers need you and enjoy the freedom on days where they don’t. The job also requires an interest in e-commerce and a genuine desire to help the customers you are in contact with. On top of that we expect you:
to be able to speak and write fluently in Dutch
to understand Danish/English
to have relevant job experience, from e-commerce, customer service, retail or another relevant position
to be comfortable with a computer and willing to learn new stuff
to have been living in the Netherlands for most of your life
This is a full-time position and you will be working from our office in “Østerbro”, Copenhagen. Here you will find +35 colleagues from 5 different countries all doing a great job helping our customers to succeed abroad.

We help webshops succeed abroad
We help businesses with the initial strategic decisions and localisation of their online shops, to make sure they meet expectations in the new country.
Once the online shop is launched, our local teams are an important part of the daily operations for our customers. We can take care of customer service and shop maintenance in local languages as well as business development, marketing planning and execution.
MakesYouLocal was established in 2010. The idea came from more than 10 years of work in leading Danish online shops, selling in several countries.
