Just Eat is looking for a Business Intelligence Analyst who loves data, numbers, data visualisations, and of course lots of takeaway.
As our need for data analysis and reporting have increased substantially, we are looking to expand our BI team with a new full-time employee. As a BI Analyst, you will report to our Head of BI, who you at the same time will work closely with. It will be your collective responsibility to ensure deliveries to the rest of the organization, including everything from reports of delivery times to insight in the Danes’ eating habits. You will frequently be in dialogue with the English headquarter, which require that you are fluent in written and spoken English. It is essential for us that data is the driving force in our decision-making processes. Thus, you will with your analytical and technical skills contribute to the development of new tools for reporting, automation, and research.

We imagine that you have a relevant education within data, statistics, research, or IT. Whether you are newly educated or have a few years of experience is not what matters for us. The important thing is that you are motivated combined with a good portion of humor. Moreover, it is important that you hold analytical competencies and have a natural interest in obtaining a commercial understanding of our organization.

Your tasks will include:
- Identifying need for further development and optimization in cooperation with the rest of the organization
- Supporting with reports and research within:
- Sales: Restaurant optimization reports, measuring restaurant performance, and finding new restaurants
- Operations/Delivery: Drive delivery forecast, KPIs, and optimization of customer service and operation
- Marketing: Target group selection, ROI on campaigns, and market research
- Tableau reporting, maintenance, and optimization
- Formation of new data sources and maintenance of existing data sources
- Data extraction/report automation
- Supporting with ad hoc data insight to our Country Manager

Your qualifications:
- Detail-oriented, structured, and enjoy working independently
- Curious with plenty of drive
- Experienced in SQL coding (e.g. SQL in BigQuery)
- Knowledge of query scheduling is helpful (e.g. Airflow, Optimus)
- Knowledge of different data tools (e.g. Python, R)
- Knowledge of commercial reporting tools (e.g. Tableau, Thoughtspot, Google Data Studio)
- Distinctive analytical competencies combined with a commercial understanding and intensity
- Strong communicator - both written and spoken
- Have a critical sense
- The ability to work on several tasks, simultaneously
