Main tasks and role
- Supporting the establishment of a Data Management function in Terma
- Develop, maintain, improve and implement Data Management and Configuration Management processes
- Plan and execute implementation, training and coaching of data driven process improvements
- Establish and monitor performance through KPIs aligned with the organization’s strategic objectives through excellent performance management and execution
Your professional qualifications
- Master/Bachelor’s degree (e.g., Cand.Polyt, Cand.Merc, B.Sc.) or similar relevant academic education
- Newly graduated or holding 1-3 years of experience within the field of Data Management or Configuration Management
- Experience with process optimization e.g., Value Stream Mapping, Kaizen, Business Process Management, Lean Management, Six Sigma etc.
- ERP systems knowledge (IFS, SAP or similar)
- Experience with or knowledge about Project Management principles
- Strong skills in Microsoft Office package
Your personal qualifications
- Independent, committed and working with passion
- Take responsibility for solving tasks on time and always with a focus on quality and an eye on the details, of course in close cooperation with your colleagues
- Work in a structured manner and can coordinate and manage several things at the same time without losing track
- Make things happen and able to identify and deal with issues proactively
- Good at communicating both orally and in writing
- Outgoing and take the initiative
- Analytical with a natural curiosity
