The successful candidate will be employed for a period of at least one year (with a trial period of 6 months).

The main goal of the candidate will be to maintain and extend FBK tools such as nuXmv, xSAP, OCRA, and COMPASS according to the need of the project. The candidate is expected to work in collaboration with other researchers, programmers, and students involved in the project. Moreover, the candidate is expected also to interact with industrial partners and to spend some time at industrial partner premises.

Required:

• High school diploma/bachelor degree

• Software design and development skills;

• Knowledge of at least one of the following programming languages: C++, C, Python;

• Hands-on experience with standard software development environments under Unix/Linux;

• Ability to work in a collaborative environment;

• Result orientation and flexibility;

• Good communication and relational skills in English.

Preferred:

• background in mathematical logic

• Knowledge in model-based design techniques

• Good communication and relational skills in English

Employment: Fixed Term Contract

Duration: 12 months with possibility of extensions depending on funding’s and performance

Start date: January 2020

Gross annual salary: about € 26.300.

Each year, based on the resources available to the Foundation, and according to the methods, criteria and procedures in force, a performance bonus may be granted.
