If this sounds like you, then join us in a newly established position as HR Business Data in our HR department in NNE.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities: We have just started on an ambitious journey towards digitalisation and optimisation of our processes. To help us achieve this goal we are looking for a skilled colleague with “a hands on” approach and the ability to identify business needs and transform these into technical solutions. This includes that the right person has technical insights and interests in technical solutions and at the same time also has the ability to help us translate the data into meaningful business insights.
You will be part of forming your own job and will also be creative on how we can utilize our people data as value adding input to our business. You will help us build up dashboards and setup HR reports to meet business needs. In addition, you will provide guidance and inspire internal HR colleagues on how they can measure their processes in the best possible way. Going forward your responsibilities will also include managing analytics projects such as forecasting hiring needs and helping the HR team to create interactive dashboards value adding to support the business.
Another part of your responsibility will be to provide our senior management team with deep-dive data analysis and strategic data analysis, to facilitate data driven decision-making. You will identify relevant measures to achieve the vision of NNE HR and combine HR data with other business metrics and data sources, all to provide a broader business perspective.
You will also be responsible for providing us with new insights into how we can utilize data through new digital tools and platforms to increase our business insights.

About our department
The position is anchored our HR department in one of two teams, where you will be reporting to the manager of HR service, Rewards and Talent Acquisition. You will have 7 colleagues in the team, and we are 14 in total in HR Denmark.
Our HR department is characterized as being dynamic and ambitious. We work from an improvement and learning mindset in order to deliver best in class support to our internal customers.
Required Qualifications: You have a master’s degree within HR, IT, business administration, economics, engineering, computer science, statistics or similar.

On a personal level you are curious, like to work independently and have a strong personal drive. You are innovative in solving everyday challenges, identifying best practices, and creating improvements in methods, techniques and approaches of analytics. You have an entrepreneur mindset and enjoy building up from scratch.

Business knowledge:
- Min. 5 years of experience working with people data or as business analyst
- 2-3 years of experience from working in a matrix organisation, e.g. from the consultancy business or another project oriented environment.
- Experience in communicating complex data to decision makers
Technical knowledge:
- Solid experience in working with data, including extracting, transform and analyzing data and identifying trends and forecast preferably utilizing tools like R, Python or Alteryx
- Knowledge of HCM solutions, HR processes, data and reporting
- Experience with business intelligence technologies such as MS Power BI, Tableau, Qlik or similar
- Preferable knowledge within scripting, RPA or programming languages
