You will join our department Group Legal, IP & Business Ethics – an important support function to our business areas. Here, you will be part of the team Group IP alongside 22 colleagues.
We combine our experiences to handle all questions regarding IP in Coloplast and ensure that we capture and create IP to protect all our innovations.

Spearhead the trademark area
You will be our go-to-colleague for all trademark-related questions and tasks and be an important player in helping us differentiate ourselves in the market. Thus, you will be in close contact with Global Marketing regarding their activities and communication.
Under broad directions from our Group IP Leadership team and IP managers, you will participate in the IP strategy development and approval process. This entails driving the implementation of various aspects of the IP strategies as well as name request and brand protection processes.
Protecting and enforcing the trademarks and other signs of Coloplast, you will:

Protecting and enforcing the trademarks and other signs of Coloplast, you will:
- Perform name clearance and otherwise support and be the sounding board to Global Marketing in the name creation and branding process
- Prepare, file and prosecute trademark applications both independently and in cooperation with external trademark counsel
- Prepare and conduct oppositions against third party trademarks – sometimes in cooperation with external trademark counsel
- Maintain the Coloplast trademark and domain name policies and guidelines

A great collaborator with trademark experience
- You hold a degree, at least at bachelor’s level, e.g. in Law, Business Administration and Commercial Law or in International Business Communication
- You have 3+ years of experience within the field of trademarks, preferably from both private practice and industry
- You are fluent in English and possess great communication and presentation skills
