Primary Duties and Responsibilities: We have just started on an ambitious journey towards digitalisation and optimisation of our processes. To help us achieve this goal we are looking for a skilled colleague with “a hands on” approach and the ability to identify business needs and transform these into technical solutions. This includes that the right person has technical insights and interests in technical solutions and at the same time also has the ability to help us translate the data into meaningful business insights.
You will be part of a department supporting our customer projects, setting up dashboards, mobile apps, workflows, Power BI reports etc. We work with data from engineering systems such as Autodesk, Omega and Axavia combined with financial data from Navision. In addition, you will provide guidance, training and inspire project members on how they can measure the customer project execution in the best possible way.
You can look forward to a unique opportunity to add value and contribute to optimising and improving our data insights in our customer projects. You will be working with peers across the organisation from IT to frontend sales personal in Denmark and India.
About our department:
The position is anchored in our Sales & Project Execution area in a team responsible for maintaining our IT Systems supporting customer project execution.
You will have 7 colleagues in the team, and we are 137 in total in the Sales & Project Execution area.
Our department is characterized as being dynamic and ambitious. We work from an improvement and learning mindset in order to deliver best in class support to our internal customers.
Required Qualifications: You have a bachelor’s degree within IT, economics, engineering, computer science, statistics or similar.

Technical knowledge:
On a personal level you are curious, like to work independently and have a strong personal drive. You are innovative in solving everyday challenges, identifying best practices, and creating improvements in methods, techniques and approaches of analytics. You have an entrepreneur mindset and enjoy building up from scratch.

- Min. 2 years of experience working as data or business analyst
- 1-2 years of experience from working in a matrix organisation, e.g. from the consultancy business or another project-oriented environment
- Experience in communicating complex data to decision makers
Technical knowledge:
- Solid experience in working with data, including extracting, transform and analyzing data and identifying trends and forecast preferably utilizing tools like:
- MS Excel and Power Query
- MS Power BI
- R, Python or Alteryx
- Experience in working with Office 365
- Teams
- Planner
- Power Platform
- Preferable knowledge within scripting - or programming languages together with understanding of MS SQL technologies
