A POSITION THAT WILL PUSH YOUR DEVELOPMENT FURTHER
We are looking for an ambitious Project Manager to join the L&D team consisting of 10 people. With reference to the L&D Manager, you will as a project manager be working on the development and implementation of people solutions strongly rooted in business needs and strategic ambition. Together with multiple stakeholders, you will also work to create engagement and ownership of the solutions to ensure successful implementation.

Furthermore, you should:
- Hold an academic background, preferably in organization or business management
- Have at least 3-5 years of experience as a project manager within HR related projects and business
- Have a high working capacity and able to balance several projects at the same time
- Be able to manage and lead strategic projects with many stakeholders
- Have a customer-focused mind-set and an aptitude to understand the COWI business
- Be able to focus on the long-term benefits and value creation and at the same time deliver on specific activities on time
- Have Change Management experience
- Be structured able to get things done
- Experience with learning and development projects is beneficial
