About the role
We are currently looking for an Executive Assistant for our well-known client in a 6-month role (as a start) at their office in Copenhagen. As an Executive Assistant within the bank, you will predominantly perform diverse secretarial duties requiring confidentiality, a strong work ethic, and a common-sense approach. Support requirements will vary from day-to-day depending on the business covered. The essence of this role lies within administration and communication. It involves contact with both internal and external people; peers, international co-workers, and customers. The demanding nature of this role therefore insists that you have previous experience in a similar role to be able to perform well.

Work tasks
- Diary and e-mail management
- Internal and external client handling
- Setting up meetings, telepresences, conference calls, etc.
- Finalize complex travel arrangements from beginning to end, and execute general administrative duties, such as filing, photocopying, etc.
- Manage expense processing through Concur
- Complete data entries, collate, and pass on information to senior management
We are looking for
- Someone who has experience from a similar role and is able to independently handle all work tasks easily and quickly
- Someone who has technical understanding and is capable of easily getting acquainted with new systems
- Someone with excellent communication skills in English - both verbally and in writing
- Someone who is located in or near Copenhagen, Denmark
- Someone who can start ASAP
