Offshore Global Tooling is responsible for the development, implementation and support for the production equipment needed to produce Offshore Blades and Nacelles worldwide.To ensure we can execute our growing project pipeline we are looking for highly skilled Technical Project Managers to our Equipment & Factory Design department to run and ensure on-time delivery of equipment workstreams for projects related to New Product Introduction, New Plant, Technology Transfers and internal improvement and cost-out projects.
We have open positions in Aalborg with focus on Blade projects and in Brande with focus on Nacelle projects. Common is that most projects are executed outside Denmark.
Around the world we are facing major changes – COVID-19 is challenging the way we work. By a virtually set-up we are still hiring for our global teams, and we are now calling for all the best and the brightest engineers to help our company on its journey towards renewable energy.
How to contribute to our vision
You will in terms of project management be responsible for planning and overseeing the equipment workstream from scoping to commissioning activities. You will be creating and updating the equipment installation plan and functionally lead and manage (within the project environment) tooling resources.

What you need to make a difference
Passion for renewable energy and a sense for the importance to lead the change. We are also looking for…Properly you have a technical background or higher technical understanding. You have 5+ years of experience from a production or construction environment. Preferably from the wind industry or large-scale manufacturing with a proven track record of complex projects.
You possess strong Project Management skills and experience in budget control and are comfortable working in an international, multi-cultural team and capable of working effectively across department boundaries in a large organization.
As a person you are open-minded and proactive with a quality-oriented and structured approach. You have excellent negotiation and communication skills in English, both written and verbally and are willing to travel approx. 30-40 travel days per year when we have start of productions for new factories or products.

- Stakeholder interface and management with internal and external parties.
- Budget responsibility (OPEX/CAPEX) for equipment development, sourcing and installation in accordance to relevant processes and procedures.
- Facilitate sub supplier selection for equipment design, manufacturing, services and maintenance.
- Support Risk Management, Opportunities and Claim Management.
