The RSS Service Portfolio team is dedicated to drive the growth of our service business through portfolio expansion and innovation. We closely support our country organizations to provide our customers with best-in-class services and deliver customer outcomes.In our new setup we are looking for a proactive colleague that is aware of customer service needs and engaged to implement new offerings in the European market.

Your new responsibilites

  • Act as European portfolio manager for services in building automation and smart infrastructure
  • Prepare the introduction of new service offerings in close alignment with the global service organization, be our go-to-person for the customers’ needs in the countries
  • Conduct market validations of innovative service models with the European countries to evaluate specific market requirements and customer values
  • Standardize the portfolio, adapt the go-to-market approach, and develop our implementation strategy for Europe
  • Manage and execute the rollouts to EU countries by executing the trainings of sales organization, closely support countries/sales with first pilots and early-stage projects.
  • Track the implementation of go-to-market activities and related portfolios in close collaboration with the local head portfolio managers, including country roadmaps, regional adaptations and gap analysis
  • Deploy strong stakeholder management, involve with headquarters’ central teams and country organization

Your skills

Knowledge and Experience

  • Several years of professional working experience within the areas of Building Technologies, building automation/management, technical Facility Management and in Portfolio Management are strongly preferred
  • Our ideal (academic) background would be bachelor studies of engineering or economics, paired with professional experience
  • Demonstrated professional experience in a comparable sales- or service related role
  • Business fluency in English, other European languages like German or French are an advantage

Soft Skills

  • Strong affinity with digitalization topics, like digital platforms and remote operations, as you will promote new technologies to the organization as part of change management
  • A strong customer orientation is key in this position. We also value a Growth Mindset with an openness to new technology
  • Proactiveness and a high degree of drive, to work with international colleagues throughout the organization

Location

siemens does not support a relocation for this role. However, we are establishing mobile working as a core element of the “new normal”. That means there is a high degree of geographical flexibility to work from one of the following locations:

Switzerland, Sweden, Denmark, France, Spain and Italy

Any other european location is subject to mutual discussion.
