We are looking for a Business Analyst ready to share and grow!

You will join a small team of six people, with different personalities and backgrounds. The Enterprise Risk Management team is part of the Risk and Security Team who in total is around 25 people. As a team we like to meet at the office to keep a social connection.

The position offers possibilities to work remotely within the remote working policy of BEC.

Primary tasks and responsibilities  
You will be part of Enterprise Risk Management, a newly established team with high level of senior management attention. With your colleagues, you will have a central role in the build-up of the risk management function, allowing for a dynamic work environment with plenty of possibilities to grow professionally.

Task includes:

  • Take lead in shaping a reporting strategy for the risk function

  • Ownership of reporting governance

  • Coordination with BEC’s Global Support setup in Poland on reporting needs

  • Compile reporting to BEC’ All Risk Committee, Board of Directors, and customers and perform ad hoc reporting to BEC’ All Risk Committee, Board of Directors, and customers

  • Analysis of risk data presented by subject-matter experts


  • Continues improvement of reporting

As a person, we expect you to identify with the following: 

  • At least 2-3 years working experience with management reporting (risk management a plus, but not required)

  • Experience with written communication to senior management

  • Breaking down and simplify complex matter

  • Good Analytic mindset and problem-solving skills  

  • Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to build relations


  • People focused and contribute to a positive team environment

  • Great communications skills verbal and written (English required, Danish an advantage)

  • Knowledge about the financial sector or tech is an advantage, but not a requirement
