European Energy is a Danish privately owned company in rapid growth. We cover all phases of wind and photovoltaic (PV) solar projects, from early development to operation and/or divestment of assets. Our company of 260 employees has since 2004 installed more than 2.0 GW of renewable energy. We operate globally and employ 24 different nationalities at our HQ in Copenhagen and our offices in Sweden, Bulgaria, the UK, Poland, Germany, Italy, Lithuania, and Spain. Our mission is to be a significant force in the global transition to a fossil-free society.
You will be part of our Technical Asset Management Team, which has a leading role in the technical management of our renewable energy projects. The team’s main objective is to optimize assets in operation with a focus on cost minimalization.
The role
As a Technical Asset Manager, you will be responsible for maturing the internal processes of bringing new Lithuanian wind assets into an operational state, the daily operation of the assets and managing day-to-day technical activities and reporting. To ensure success you will need to involve yourself in overall technical optimizations and stakeholder management at multiple levels. You will have a strong relationship with the Technical Asset Management team, that supports one another to ensure maximum performance
You will visit the Head Quarter in Copenhagen monthly to insure best practices and continuity in business.

Salary Level: Up to 4000 EUR/Gross per month depending on experience

The role

You will have a strong relationship with the Technical Asset Management team, that supports one another to ensure maximum performance
You will visit the Head Quarter in Copenhagen monthly to insure best practices and continuity in business.
Areas of responsibilities
- Relationship management between investors and 3. part contractors, such as landowners, power suppliers, TSO, DSO, etc.
- Determining technical troubleshooting of significant failures
- Reporting to investors
- OPEX budget responsible for technical variations
- Data analysis and KPI management, towards technical performance optimizations
- Filing and managing all technical reporting and documentation
- Internal business case development and presentation of technical optimizations/corrections
- Managing the handover from our engineering department to our operational departments
Professional skills we expect from you
- You hold a master’s degree in engineering, sustainable energy, or similar
- You have strong Microsoft office 365 and data analysis skills
- You master English and Lithuanian at a professional level
- Renewable industry experience is seen as an advantage
- Good communications skills and team spirit
