Learning and Business Development Consultant

We are looking for a dedicated Learning and Business Development Consultant to join our Learning & Development Team. Responsibilities:

• Your focus will be to continuously engage with our customers and partners ensuring we offer the right training and enablement opportunities for our customers and partners through tailored training plans.
• You will be responsible for our training subscription plan, making sure it continuously stays attractive for our customers and partners.
• You will work closely together with the rest of the Learning & Development Team and the Customer Success Managers from our Customer Success Organization.

Requirements:

• Your educational background is less important, as long as you have a minimum of 2 years of experience working closely with customers, understanding their needs and translating them into business development initiatives. It will be an advantage if you have a proven track record of successful projects within the IT/SaaS area.
• It is an advantage if you have experience working in the learning & development domain. Current members of the L&D Team will be more than happy to see your input on training projects.
• You are positive, approachable and a hands-on team player with a ‘can do’ attitude.
• You can work independently, with minimal supervision, and exercise independent judgement regarding operational decisions, processes or systems.
• You pay attention to details and can be up in the helicopter and identify what is best for the end users of the training.
• Solid English skills, both written and verbal.
