Put your skills in action
Our Project Management Office within Global Logistics and Sourcing works with several strategic important projects and is a team of 7 people and a mix of project managers and data analytics. We focus on analyzing the way we work today and together with stakeholders identifying how it make sense to work in the future – to make our business scalable for the growth VIKING expect.

Our current focus are on structure, aligning the way we work and use data to support the choices we take. You will join a dedicated team of colleagues, which has a high-level responsibility and focus from top management.

With reference to VP Global Logistics & Sourcing, you will be based at the head office in Esbjerg.

As Project Manager, you will work with many different aspects within project management. Examples of job tasks in the position, could be;

• Project Manager on Strategic Projects, i.e. the forecast to fulfill process, transport management, global footprint and working capital
• Lead on internal consultancy jobs, within Global Logistics and Sourcing

In this job, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with senior stakeholders, gain insights into the business, and become a trusted partner in our Global Logistics and Sourcing division.

Our way of working is fast-paced and collaborative, making use of the latest digital tools. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to be challenged, and to be involved in supporting the global organization.

Approximately 10-15 global travel days per year must be expected.

We will, of course, ensure that you receive thorough training to match the need in the position.

Do you have what it takes?
The ideal person has experience from a similar position working as a Project Manager.

Your work style is structured with a analytical mindset to make sure decisions are based on data and facts, to the maximum extent possible.

Furthermore, we would like you to be;

• Self-driven and independent approach
• Customer oriented, problem solving and with a flexible attitude
• A team player and able tonavigate in a global organization with many passionate stakeholders

You are a strong communicator and able to express yourself fluently in English and Danish.
