Would you like to join our Regional Investment Team and take on the role of Project Manager? In this position, you will oversee preparation, planning, site execution, and commissioning works. Your responsibilities will span the entire project lifecycle, from idea generation to handover to end users. Reporting directly to the Regional Investment Manager of the Nordic and Baltic Region, you will be an integral part of a professional multi-disciplinary international team and group company – join our team and be our new colleague as Project Manager.

As the Project Manager, you will be joining a team responsible for overseeing all investment activities in the Nordic and Baltic region, ensuring alignment with our group's vision of operational excellence and sustainability.
About the Position
We are looking for a dynamic and well-organized Project Manager to execute small to large-scale Capex projects. As Project Manager, you will be a valuable member of a team to lead the execution of various type of industrial projects with high focus on quality, safety and sustainability standards by securing the project schedule and expected success criteria. You are also going to oversee managing the communication network among the project stakeholders, supporting the authorization processes in cooperation with the ’s functions when needed.

About the Position

Your key responsibilities will be;
- Collection of project ideas, required information, sorting, and defining the scope of works and division of responsibilities,
- Preparation of basic design for project ideas, flow sheets, scope of works, budget requirements, feasibility studies, project time scheduling and risk assessments to be presented as for project approval steps,
- Tender documents preparation, tender evaluation and be a part of local & international contracting stages,
- Be responsible from contract(s) management and claim management,
- Be as a primary point contact for Steering Committee(s), contractors, suppliers and project stakeholders,
- Oversee on engineering/design reviews, daily construction activities, ensuring compliance with project specifications such as timing, quality and cost and HSE regulations,
- Providing required information for permitting phases and tracking the status and needs with related functions,
- Coordination and management of site activities for the assigned projects and supporting other projects if needed,
- Provide regular progress reporting, track cost, forecasting, time schedule for the assigned projects to ensure timely project completion within allocated budget,
- Lead the commissioning stages together with project stakeholders and finalization of the project till to handover stage.

On the top of that, we are looking from you to have;
- The ability to think holistically and prioritize tasks effectively to ensure projects run smoothly and on-time.
- Excellent communication skills in English both in written and verbal,
- Marine, mechanical, electrical, structural or similar engineering education,
- 8+years of work experience in industrial construction projects or involvement into projects in industrial facilities such as steel mills, cement plants, oil & gas, or power plants,
- Preferably have knowledge about basic processes used in Cement industry
- Having knowledge on machine directives, international standards, regulations,
- Have skills in software usages such as Excel, Word, Power Point, SAP, AutoCad, SolidWorks and MS Project
- You are good at collaborating and have a good ability to create relationships and network across the organization.
- Travel can be necessary with a limited extent for inspection and reference visit.
