Power Solutions Product Solutions & Integration Strategic Planning & Portfolio Management
In Product Solutions & Integration, Strategic Planning & Portfolio Management we handle the annual Vestas Power Solutions (VPS) Business Planning. We ensure a compliant and efficient governance and manage the VPS Portfolio on product level. Combining these areas we ensure a seamless and efficient connection of strategy formulation (at Executive Management decision level) and strategy execution (at operational level).

Power Solutions Product Solutions & Integration Strategic Planning & Portfolio Management
In Product Solutions & Integration, Strategic Planning & Portfolio Management we handle the annual Vestas Power Solutions (VPS) Business Planning. We ensure a compliant and efficient governance and manage the VPS Portfolio on product level. Combining these areas we ensure a seamless and efficient connection of strategy formulation (at Executive Management decision level) and strategy execution (at operational level).
Responsibilities
- You will be the central contact point for business improvement measures in our department. In addition, your responsibilities will cover:
- Continuous review of governance and workflow from "strategy articulation" (i.e., VPS Business Plan, investment decisions) to "strategy execution" (i.e., operationalisation trough Portfolio Management)
- Oversee the continued development of portfolio and project management capabilities
- Identify business obstacles such as process gaps, inefficiency, communication flow, etc. and associated business risks
- Define efficient and specific optimisation plans (e.g. process or workflow)
- Communicate the business performance status regularly
- Be the point of contact for the Project Excellence team, in relation to project planning tools and processes
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree within Project Management, Engineering, Business Administration or other related fields
- Proven experience of minimum 3 years within business improvement, process development, project management or other relevant areas
- Experience from the Wind energy industry is beneficial but not a must
Competencies
- Proven experience in delivering business improvement programs and implementing new business processes
- Strong communication skills, including facilitation and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to motivate and inspire professional staff to excellence in performance
- Problem solving, negotiation and mediation skills to achieve a win-win resolution
- Able to build and maintain strong working relationships and function effectively as part of a team
- Great planning, program and project management skills
