By joining us as Director, Business Development you will be leading our development activities in Europe in close cooperation with the management team and our development/EPC teams in Denmark, US and Mexico from our headquarter in Vedbæk in Denmark. Working in GreenGo, we team up, corporate in an informal yet ambitious setting with a strong will to succeed and an ability to execute in an agile and entrepreneurial environment.

Roles and responsibilities:
- Broad role in business development activities focusing on Europe and the accelerating energy transition, where PV will be the driver
- Lead business development in new markets, 360DD, business case and business plan development for management approval.
- Seed development and partnering activities in new markets, supporting development until first green field project portfolios are transaction ready.
- Support solution sales process and first transactions in new markets, in co-operation with GreenGo Partnerships & Transactions team.
- Development of new products and service models within PV/BESS, PV/P2X and future O&M/AM service platforms.
- General analytical and reporting tasks to Management.
Your profile:
- Minimum 5 years of business development experience within the renewable space, preferably from the utility scale PV developer side in Europe
- Preferably a solid view on energy transition market opportunities in Europe for market based utility scale PV
- Possesses the necessary blend of leadership and strategic, commercial, legal and technical understanding that is needed to succeed in the field.
- Excels in presentations and project financial modelling, hands-on. This has to be home turf, and preferably at I-banker level.
- Understanding of PV project development DNA and how to address overall risk assessment 360 (regulatory, permitting, IC, legal etc.).
- Experience within partnering agreements and renewable M&A.
- A fair technical understanding of utility scale PV and BESS systems.
- Experience in team development and team leadership.
