Our team is growing, and we are searching for a Customer Service OCM Lead with Customer Service, training and communication experience to support Novo Nordisk in this exciting journey.

Digital Health develops digital therapeutics and solutions for people living with Diabetes and other chronic diseases.

This job is an 8 Months temporary position.

About the department

Digital Health & Staffs Quality is responsible for quality assurance in Novo Nordisk’s Staff Areas incl. Digital Health. Digital Health products are a prioritized strategic focus area for Novo Nordisk. We are a newly established team with high management focus and responsible for an area new to the industry, regulators, and Novo Nordisk why we need to provide new ideas, competencies, solutions, and perspectives in order to succeed on our journey.

Our team consists of 7 employees – all very ambitious, highly skilled and very experienced. In the team, we are working hard on supporting Novo Nordisk Digital Health aspiration, sharing knowledge and learnings internally and across Novo Nordisk - while also having fun. – Besides our team, we have a group of external consultants supporting us.

We work closely together with Commercial, Digital Health, Digital Health IT, and Device R&D, Affiliates and Global Safety to bring the best and compliant innovative Digital Health solutions to market for our patients including support processes as a well-functioning Customer Service.

The position

In this role as OCM Lead, you will be key in driving the implementation of a customer service set-up in close collaboration with the Project Manager and the rest of the project team. The main focus will be to engage the organisation in embracing and adopting the need for the customer service set-up by building the right level of readiness, energy and ownership around the coming changes.

In addition to this, you will also be responsible for developing and delivering engaging and timely communication to the organisation utilising the different available communication channels. You will be supporting the overall stakeholder management of the programme and drive alignment and clarity of the communication from the different projects to the organisation. To succeed, you will be working closely together with different project members and across the organisation with both internal and external stakeholders. Apart from this, you will be supporting with ad hoc project management tasks as budgeting, planning etc.

The position is based in Søborg and you should expect approx. 10 days of travel per year. Since you will collaborate with colleagues across the globe, you must expect some virtual meetings to take place outside normal DK working hours.

Qualifications

We are looking for a candidate with the following competences:

  • You have a Master’s degree in a relevant field such as Communication, Organisational development, Psychology, Business administration or similar.
  • You have a background as consultant or communicator with more than 3 years of previous experience with roll out of global projects and managing change for large business transformation initiatives in a global organisation.
  • You have both experience and formal training in project management and preferable also within agile project execution models.
  • Familiarity with the pharmaceutical industry and HR is a clear plus, but your ability to deliver on the tasks is key for success in the role.
  • You have a broad business understanding and extensive experience with global OCM activities.

As personal competencies it is key that you possess personal power to influence others and to retain focus while having a high level of execution. This is expected to be reflected in both your verbal and non-verbal communication through your visual creativity. You will need to find it motivating to work within an agile environment where changes are normal, and the likelihood of having two alike days are rare.

It is an advantage if you have experience within learning and development field and it is expected that you master facilitation and stakeholder management on a professional level. Fluency in English (oral and written) is a prerequisite.
