About the department

The position is anchored in the Digital Quality department, which is a new unit that has been established to drive digital quality transformation in Novo Nordisk Quality. This includes exploring digital solutions by identifying, developing and driving new digital initiatives within quality owned processes and the Quality organisation for the benefit of the entire business.

Most work will be carried out in CMC Development QA which is responsible for delivering development products in Novo Nordisk. Our organisation consists of 100 highly skilled and dedicated employees and we collaborate closely with various parts of Novo Nordisk organisation. Our biggest challenge is to go from manual paper based to automated digital processes.

We have recently started a journey towards digitalization, automation and optimization of existing processes, - where we need your experience!

The position

As this position is new in our department you will be given the possibility to influence responsibilities and fulfilment of the role. This also means great flexibility for experimentation with new technologies and you can look forward to paying a key role in shaping the future of digital improvements of processes, techniques and approaches.

You will be responsible for identifying and developing digital solutions having a huge impact on our organization in CMC QA. Some of the improvements will be initiated from our own local area and some you will discover yourself by being proactive, curious and challenging on the way we work. We expect you can develop and code some solutions yourself, - other times the right solution will be to develop and coordinate with other digital experts.

You like to work independent, but you also value close interaction, collaboration and professional sparring with your colleagues in the Digital Quality team. Furthermore, you will be part of networks across Novo Nordisk within digital innovation fora.

Qualifications

You have a solid track record with new digitalization technologies. In addition, you have 2+ years of experience in coding and development of digital solutions, being specification, design, development, programming and implementation.

The stakeholder landscape will be broad including digital units across the organisation, IT departments and the CMC QA. Therefore, you are expected to have strong communication skills both written and verbally including the ability to express ideas and knowledge effectively.

Furthermore, you ideally have:

  • Strong analytical approach
  • Solid toolbox in coding and programming
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills
  • Solutions oriented and good at making decisions under time pressure.
  • Accountable and able to work in teams as well as independently

Fluency in spoken and written English is expected.
