Jabra is looking for a new eCommerce Business Development Manager, to our already strong Global eCommerce team. Jabra has a solid growth on all channels and in order to secure a continued growth with eCommerce. You will be part of an already strong team, this role can be based in our HQ in Ballerup outside Copenhagen, or in Boston, MA in the US.
Your role will be a mix of mainly eCommerce business development, defining scope and customer journey (50%) combined with hands-on ownership of commercial activities such as online marketing, Chat and affiliate marketing (50%).
You will be reporting directly to our Global Ecommerce Director, based in Copenhagen Denmark. 25% of time for travel expected.
· eCommerce Business Development, developing a pipeline of commercial activities aimed at increasing sales and customer experience.
· Defining customer journey and scope of those activities, building a plan of priorities and seek approval and funding.
· Efficient handover of implementation projects to our project department and be responsible for UAT.
· Help improving our commercial practices.
· Responsible for growing our partnership program
· Establishing and run global internal affiliate program.
· Responsible for eCommerce based online marketing execution.
· Education; marketing or commercial education on bachelor’s level, in business administration or similar.
· A commercially driven team player with solid eCommerce experience
· Ability to project manage and coordinate (in alignment with our projects department).
· Strong financial, analytical and commercial understanding.
· Min 5 years’ experience with ecommerce (B2C and B2B)
· Attention to details, analytical and project oriented.
· Responsible, hands on team player, with a positive attitude and a strong sense of urgency

Desirable skills include:
· Education; marketing or commercial education on bachelor’s level, in business administration or similar.
· A commercially driven team player with solid eCommerce experience
· Ability to project manage and coordinate (in alignment with our projects department).
· Strong financial, analytical and commercial understanding.
· Min 5 years’ experience with ecommerce (B2C and B2B)
· Attention to details, analytical and project oriented.
- Performance oriented, collaborative and good in communication
- Business fluent in English – written and fluent
· Responsible, hands on team player, with a positive attitude and a strong sense of urgency
