Do you want to participate in an ambitious global Dynamics 365FO transformation project and be a part of a highly skilled D365FO team?
To support business growth and digitalization, GN will implement D365FO globally over the next 5-7 years as our new cloud-based ERP platform.
With this implementation we will secure one common ERP platform and allow for high quality and synergies across GN Audio and GN Hearing. GN Hearing has started implementing D365 as their new ERP platform and is 1.5 years into their project implementation, and therefore we already have a large and ambitious Global ERP Project team with highly skilled people delivering on key strategic priorities across GN Audio and GN Hearing.
Design and develop D365FO and AX2012 solutions
As development manager, you will be responsible for a team doing development of mainly modifications to D365FO, but also development tasks to our existing AX2012 platform. The development team consists of 5 internal developers, developers from an offshore partner and developers from our implementation partner.
In close collaboration with our partners and our internal team, you will:

To achieve a successful implementation, we are looking for new ambitious colleagues to join our existing ERP team of 21 specialists within Group IT based in Ballerup, Denmark. - Ensure modifications are assigned, designed and developed with high quality and on time
- Business are being advised, so modifications are done optimally from a technical perspective and only when needed
- Ensure we have the needed development resources available and that we have an optimal mix of developers from our off-shore partner and implementation partner
- Collaborate closely with colleagues in both Denmark and abroad
- Ensure 3rd-level support if there are issues too complex for our application support
- Be technical responsible for our environments and that data and code are being transferred efficient between our environments
- Ensure documentation of environments and technical set-up

You are ready to partake in this business-critical transformation as our ambitious and result-oriented development manager as you:
- Have 6+ years of experience working as a developer within Microsoft Dynamics AX2012/D365FO
- Have experience of managing a team of AX2012/D365FO developers
- Bring a business understanding and the ability to balance cost-benefit
- Communicate effortlessly in Danish and English
