Joining our Creative Asset Development team, you become part of the Jabra brand, headquartered in Ballerup. Here, you will join your 20 colleagues in preparing for and creating assets for product launches worldwide.

We are looking for an organized and creative retail marketing (B2C) specialist who knows how to take our product launch marketing assets to the next level within a new and revolutionary retail opportunity, both instore and online, globally. As well as coordinating consumer launches, this role will also lead the marketing asset toolkits for our brand BlueParrott. Currently labelled as the #1 headset for truck drivers in North America, this brand is great fun to work on and is growing globally, not just in retail but also in the enterprise space.

We have an exciting and busy year ahead for retail launches, so are looking for someone to get started as soon as possible!

Drive end-to-end collaboration on product launches

As our marketing creation specialist, you will drive end to end product launches, facilitating the creation of marketing assets and execution of global toolkits to support all regional sales & marketing teams.

You and your colleagues are responsible for creating the marketing assets for launches, such as photos, videos, PDFs and data sheets, that regional sales and marketing teams rely on to market and sell Jabra products. Essentially, you take the ‘what’ briefed by global product marketing and turn it into the ‘how’. As something of a professional perfectionist, you strive to achieve the best execution possible for all assets, no matter how big or small. Your attention to detail and knack for project management means outputs are always delivered on time, and to budget.

On a typical workday, you collaborate with many different stakeholders as you:

  • Drive asset creation for product launches with our creative agencies, external business partners and internal creatives

  • Coordinate and provide creative input to brand development and playbook launches at a global level

  • Lead playbook creation including version control, project planning and budget management, follow up of issues, briefing and debriefing of people, checking/editing of creative assets, etc.

  • Work with internal project stakeholders and regional marketeers to understand their needs

  • Align with the marketing operations team and project manager to ensure processes and timelines are followed

  • Organize stakeholders & SteerCo meetings to keep them informed and bring them along for the creative journey

  • Regularly monitor the competition within consumer electronics and provide analysis and recommendations on how to tell our product story


Excellent marketing project management skills and a can-do attitude

Your great interpersonal skills enable you to manage and build relationships with stakeholders at different levels in the organization. You take a structured approach to your work, but if a project throws you a few curveballs, you are adaptable, maintain a positive attitude and immediately get ready to change gears, still adhering to and working within existing processes. Your knowledge of the retail world will be able to inform on the latest and greatest creative assets and you can easily read data and incorporate into the story.

Moreover, we imagine that you:

  • Are highly organized - you know how to plan and deliver on time

  • Are a team player, with strong stakeholder management skills – you are great in communicating with all, from top to bottom

  • Bring marketing qualifications and 4+ years’ experience in retail marketing or marketing creation

  • Have a proven track record of creating marketing assets and executing marketing projects to a premium standard

  • Have immaculate attention to detail and project management skills – across all aspects of asset development

  • Preferably have prior experience with retail or consumer audio products

  • Take ownership of projects through problem solving and creative thinking

  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills, fluent in English. Danish is a plus!
