In this role you will be part of the team leading the digital transformation within SGRE’s Global Service Business Unit and through that drive the proliferation of clean and sustainable energy globally.

Deliver impact as the Digital Adoption and Change Manager

SGRE’s Global Service Business Unit is embarking on a digital transformation of its End-to-End Service Delivery model. This includes redefining our digital toolchain, migrating applications to the cloud, introducing new AI-enabled tools and processes across the business, - and ensuring the corresponding evolution of the organization in terms of culture and skills to ensure a successful transformation. As our Digital Adoption and Change Manager you will lead the thinking, planning and execution of our organizational and cultural change management activities and work with leaders across the business to enable the digital transformation.
This role reports to the Digital Transformation Lead.

You will be responsible for:

  • Identifying digital adoption and change management challenges across the business system
  • Defining and executing the adoption and change management activities and programs, ranging from individual resistance management to large scale training and capability building activities
  • Working and sparring with business leaders at all levels to enable the organizational and cultural side of the digital transformation
  • Organization and hosting workshops to facility the cultural evolution of our company
  • Working broadly and collaboratively with stakeholders and HR to move the digital transformation forward
  • Building up an implementation, adoption and change management team and muscle to allow the transformation to scale globally

  • Working in multi-cultural and multi-lingual environments
