Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and adaptable Project Manager to join our Project Management Office. This role focuses on enabling and supporting companywide projects, with an emphasis on strategic thinking and superb stakeholder management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for successfully oversee all aspects of a project, from initiation to closure, playing a pivotal role in ensuring that project goals are achieved within the specified constraints of time, budget, and scope, and always look to meet or exceed stakeholder expectations. The position requires strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills to successfully navigate the complex and dynamic nature of project management.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for successfully oversee all aspects of a project, from initiation to closure, playing a pivotal role in ensuring that project goals are achieved within the specified constraints of time, budget, and scope, and always look to meet or exceed stakeholder expectations. The position requires strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills to successfully navigate the complex and dynamic nature of project management.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive project plans that includes defining project objectives, scope, schedule, budget, quality standards, and resource requirements incl. roadmaps that guides the project team throughout the project's lifecycle.
- Define, document, and control project scope together with ensuring that changes are evaluated, approved, and managed.
- Create and maintain project schedule together with budget identifying critical path activities, managing dependencies, and monitor expenses.
- Identify, assess, and manage risks that may impact the project's success including developing risk mitigation and contingency plans.
- Facilitate effective communication among project stakeholders, including team members, sponsors, and other relevant parties. This involves regular reporting and status updates.
- Identify and manage project stakeholders, understanding their needs and expectations, and ensuring their engagement and satisfaction throughout the project.
- Ensure continuous improvement by identifying areas for improvement in project management processes and practices and implementing changes to enhance project delivery.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, Management, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proficient in project management tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Proven experience in project management, transformation, and executive support.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluent in English and Danish both written and spoken.
