This role represents a fantastic opportunity to join or progress within a global organisation of significant size and scale. The role itself has an integral part to play as the organisation continues it’s digital transformation journey.
In support of the delivery of our L&D strategy, the Technology Learning Partner role plays a critical role. This inclusive role has a broad remit that is rapidly changing.
Responsibilities will include:
• Working with our HRBP’s, Tech Leadership team and Community of practice leads to improve current Jobs and Skills catalogue and transform it into final product form
• Work with Senior leaders in the Technology organization to isolate those workforce skill-gaps that are addressable through upskilling initiatives
• Help execute Technology upskilling interventions in a structured and cost-effective manner, keeping budgets and processes transparent across technology
• Conduct an inventory of existing Learning and Development solutions being developed and deployed for the Technology Function to ensure it is optimised and synergies are created where applicable
• Revisit existing Technology Academy Operating Framework (operational systems, vendor partners, success measures, communication, and budget management) and help innovate and improve as per Technology needs and measurement results.
• Establish metrics to follow up on the business outcomes of learning interventions and ensure a double loop learning approach to the further development of the Technology Academy operating model
• Perform auditing of learning processes and reports (budgets included) to ensure our data is 100% representative at all times.
• 5-10 years of experience working in high-performing, matrixed corporate organizations
• General understanding of large Technology function roles and related skills
• Strong L&D background: Competency framework, learning technology, learning theory
• Strategic thinker with proven ability to build Jobs architecture framework, curriculums and learning pathways in a technology organisation
• Strong consulting experience
• Facilitation experience
• Experience in learning design and is up to date with learning trends
• Digital learning experience
• Flexible in nature and resilient to change
• Excellent project management skills
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 tools like excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint & Yammer
