As part of this journey we are looking for a platform product owner to closely work with our customers and internal business and operation colleagues to efficiently design and rollout technology integration solutions via EDI and API, but as well to make sure they deliver the right expected business outcomes. The scope covers both manage the complex customer EDI integration and request pipeline, improve existing solutions and internal technology platforms’ enablement.

Lead customer EDI integration solution design for Maersk Logistics & Services partners, making sure we provide standard and reusable solutions among our different regions and sites.
Liaise with Maersk logistics and service (L&S) business product stakeholders of Supply service management, 4PL and Warehouse & Distribution, customer operation colleagues and engineer scrum teams to define delivery solutions that are in line with business priorities and roadmaps.
As product owner, work directly with customers/sales/operation colleagues and manage customer integration requirement pipeline cross Maersk logistics and service (LnS) customers and business teams, and ensure consistent review of prioritizations which are in line with commercial expectations.
Engage with other PPO community to make sure we align solutions cross platforms, and feasibilities and delivery timelines for those integration solutions.
Lead the solution design and collaborate with your assigned engineer scrum team to deliver customer and partner integration projects, such as new customer onboarding, new product rollouts, platform migration etc.
Keep close contact with business project teams, customer insights to create a product release roadmap which are in line with global Maersk logistics and service integration’s vision and focus.
Educate and facilitate global EDI/API capability knowledge cross global business, sales, customer service teams to enable and empower customer pursuit and onboarding via industry standard direct integration solutions.
Solid commercial experience in product ownership, business analysis, operation implementation, especially around customer integration solution and delivery.
Strong knowledge and experience within Logistics and services, such as in the field of 3PL/4PL; or Warehouse and Distribution management; or Air and LCL, or CHB.
Strong data Integration or application ownership background within supply chain management systems, warehouse management systems etc.
Experience of Agile scrum methodology, PSPO is expected.
Strong business acumen with excellent interpersonal and communication skills, especially in front of Maersk customers.
Strategic mindset with a clear sense of vision and purpose.
Good team player and Can-do spirit.
Have a strong focus on standardization and delivery. Well organized and independent to prioritize and meet deadlines.
Able and willing to travel based on business requirements, 2-3 weeks per year.
Advanced proficiency in development and project management tools including Jira, MS Project, Excel, and PowerPoint
Fluent English in both written and oral.
