As a Portfolio Partner, you own developing an executing an operational strategy to bring the technology strategy to life aligning with prioritized business outcomes, helping the FMT accomplish the aspiration of revolutinalise the way Maersk operate’s its fleet and outperform the competition. You draw from a deep PPM expertise to identify synergies and drive operational excellence for all Engineering Scrum teams working in Ship Management, Fleet Management and Container & Cargo Enablement areas.You will engage with Finance, HR, Portfolio Product Teams, Tranformation Office and other staff functions to ensure lean and effective processes internally in all Engineering Scrum Teams and in the interfaces with IoT platform team, Portfolio Product team, FMT Business team and other platform teams. You will be reporting to the Fleet Platform Technology Lead.

• Facilitate and document the prioritization of our Fleet Technology Platform including content preparation and analysis, rationalize and distill across a large leadership team for cohesive decisioning and messaging
• Facilitate and document the Fleet Technology Platform Leadership strategy – zoom in on relevant topics to the broader team to ensure visibility and tracking of key progress and incoming scope, including Town Halls, Leadership Off-sites, and Executive briefings for organizational imperatives and communications (e.g. annual goals, organizational strategies, etc.)
• Develop reusable content, with quarterly refresh of communications materials tailored by audience type (External, Business and Technical) given a variety of templates and formats
• Oversee the Fleet Technology Platform (budget, resources, etc..) submissions with Finance partners and Directors. Collaborate with HR Partners on recruiting, including headcount to sourcing and final start. Develop cost allocation recommendations relative to strategic priorities, including resource quality and consolidation, minimizing forecast variances.
• Facilitate employee engagement, including activities such as team celebratory events, Hackathaons, Software Engineering training/Upskill programs and Industry Engagement and planning of conferences
• Develop, document and publish an automated product value and success metric framework (linked directly to the Business Outcomes, Tech Strategy, Fleet Technology Strategy) to foster continuous improvement methodologies in day-to-day activities (e.g. quality, optimization, automation)

• Experience delivering communication content in clear, concise and compelling manner to various audiences,
• Drive and ownership of complex tasks and projects to mitigate risk for the Fleet Platform Technology team.
• Diligence in careful evaluation and anticipation of risks, considering mitigations before taking action, clearly articulating options and their impacts/consequences. Course correction, expecting to fail fast and respond efficiently.
• Ability to facilitate ongoing prioritization discussions, obtain consensus among stakeholders and carry those decisions through to communication materials, with refresh as needed
• Excellent interpersonal skills including teamwork, issue resolution, negotiation, and relationship management. Ability to demonstrate value by alleviating communications and portfolio prioritization workload(s)
• Ability to present complicated technology concepts in a simple manner, and to communicate key technology challenges or overviews relevant to senior technology leadership.
• Curiosity to learn about the technology landscape that enables Maersk's Fleet, maintaining an extensive network with up-to-date knowledge of what has mainstream/enterprise relevance to Maersk.
• Aspirational and a strong appetite for personal development to make the most of this excellent career stepping stone
