The role entails close cooperation with regional and executive stakeholders whom you will support with a full suite of management systems, process standardization and portfolio analysis to enable sound decision-making and effective ways of working leading to successful delivery of business outcomes. Having an eye for spotting opportunities and having the ambition to drive improvements via a large global network of stakeholders is key.
As a Senior Business Analyst, you will have the opportunity to gain insight into a truly global, large and complex, world class organization where the ability to influence across diverse cultures and organizational levels will be critical for obtaining stakeholder buy-in and driving improvements and data quality. Within this complex working environment you will have a very high degree of empowerment to take ownership and responsibility for developing and implementing new ways of working.

You will work with great number of stakeholders and colleagues in a large variety of positions and the role is enabling you to build a great network within the AP Moller-Maersk group.
Responsibilities will include:
• Drives stakeholder partnerships at executive and regional level
• Co-develops and orchestrates strategic planning, prioritization, and value tracking
• Supports with operationalization of the APMT technology operating model, improving ways of working and end-to-end process standardization
• Enables Performance Management & Reporting on Portfolio Health indicators
• Supports with Regional Strategic Portfolio Roadmap development
• Fosters Agile & DevOps mindset, embedding best practices & collaboration methods on a day to day basis

As the ideal candidate you need to have proven track record within Agile Portfolio management, min. 3-5 years of experience from management consulting or an international company. Experience with financial and change management.
We expect that you to have strong independent drive and goal-orientation as well as a high level of self-confidence and integrity, combined with the ability to meet deadlines through prioritizing and organizing activities.
It is also a fundamental requirement to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be fully capable of thriving on assuming responsibility and achieving results – independently and as part of a team.
