The role entails close cooperation with senior and executive stakeholders whom you will support with a full suite of management systems, process standardization and portfolio analysis to enable sound decision-making and effective ways of working leading to successful delivery of business outcomes. Having an eye for spotting opportunities and having the ambition to drive improvements via a large global network of stakeholders is key.
As a Portfolio Partner, you will have the opportunity to gain insight into a truly global, large and complex, world class organization where the ability to influence across diverse cultures and organizational levels will be critical for obtaining stakeholder buy-in and driving improvements and data quality. Within this complex working environment you will have a very high degree of empowerment to take ownership and responsibility for developing and implementing new ways of working. There will be occasionally travel activity expected with the role; mainly to the Netherlands for approx. 20 days pr. year.
Key responsibilities
You will work with great number of stakeholders and colleagues in a large variety of positions and the role is enabling you to build a great network within the A.P. Moller-Maersk group.
Responsibilities will include:
- Drives stakeholder partnerships at executive and senior level
- Co-develops and orchestrates strategic planning, prioritization, and value tracking
- Supports with operationalization of the APMT technology operating model, improving ways of working and end-to-end process standardization
- Enables Performance Management & Reporting on Portfolio Health indicators
- Supports with Regional and Platform Strategic Portfolio
- Roadmap development
- Fosters Agile & DevOps mindset, embedding best practices & collaboration methods on a day-to-day basis
- Owning and driving initiatives within and across functions
We are looking for
As the ideal candidate you need to have proven track record within PMO/Portfolio Management and Agile Methodologies, min. 3-5 years of experience from a complex international company. Strong change management skills and being able to navigate with ambiguity.
We expect that you to have high independent drive as we operate in a small day-to-day team. You are goal-orientation and an executer with the ability to meet deadlines through prioritizing and organizing activities. Fully capable of thriving on assuming responsibility and achieving results - independently and as part of a team.
It is also a fundamental requirement to possess self-confidence, humbleness, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as this role will consist of a huge number of stakeholders across regions, functions and seniority.
