KOTRA Copenhagen, the trade promotion agency of the Republic of Korea, is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing & Business Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both Korean and English languages, with proficiency in Danish being a plus. Additionally, candidates must possess a valid working permit for Denmark.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, International Relations, or a related field.
Proven experience in marketing and business development, preferably in an international context.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
excellent proficiency in both Korean and English, with the ability to effectively communicate and negotiate with diverse stakeholders.
Ability to work independently and as part of a multicultural team.
Valid working permit for Denmark.

Responsibilities:
- Market Research and Analysis
Conduct thorough market research to identify business opportunities in Denmark.
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior to provide strategic insights. - Business Development
Identify and engage potential partners, clients, and stakeholders to promote Korean trade interests.
Develop and implement business development strategies to expand KOTRA's presence in the Danish market. - Relationship Management Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key industry players, government agencies, and local businesses.
Act as a bridge between Korean businesses and the Danish market, fostering collaboration and partnership. - Event Management
Plan, organize, and execute trade events, exhibitions, and promotional activities to showcase Korean products and services.
Collaborate with local partners to maximize the impact of marketing initiatives. - Regulatory Compliance
Ensure compliance with Danish regulations and trade policies.
Work closely with legal and regulatory authorities to facilitate smooth business operations. - Reporting
Provide regular reports on market trends, business development activities, and performance metrics.
Present findings and recommendations to the KOTRA management team.
