Your job:


As our new BDR you play a key role supporting our sales team in actively seeking new business opportunities and leading our outbound sales and supporting tools. You will be responsible for defining and executing a targeting strategy for prospective customers. Your role will primarily be centered around the Nordics.

Headed out of our Copenhagen office you will be part of our Google Maps Sales team, who you will be working closely with as well as the marketing team.

Your primary responsibilities are:

  • Define personalized prospecting strategies to lead initial outreach to prospects from a first touch to engagement
  • Identify the needs and challenges of the prospective customer
  • Work with sales operations to maintain, build, and interpret Hubspot data
  • Achieve goals for new business pipeline opportunities in a repeatable way
  • Report to the Sales Managers on outbound/prospecting results
  • As you are the first point of contact with the customers; conduct business dealings in a professional, proactive manner
  • Making sure all sales collateral required in outbound efforts are available - coordinate with marketing team
  • Delivering research/sparring to marketing, related to persona/market intelligence
  • Market development research and recommendations when entering new markets
  • Suggest and provide any necessary data or reports to the sales team
  • Continuous improvement of key sales processes
  • Assist sales and marketing teams with any ad hoc needs that might arise

We see this position as a central component of our sales process, where your responsibilities also will include prospecting and lead qualification. For the right talent, this is an excellent opportunity to grow into a more senior commercial role within our global team.

Your profile:


Your exact educational background or years of experience doesn’t matter to us. The most important thing is that you know sales and are ready to use your commercial mindset to help us in new bizz. It is mandatory that you are fluent in at least one Scandinavian language and English (speech and writing).

As a person you are an optimistic teamplayer. Creating results is what drives you, and you always manage to carry out your tasks in a timely manner with close attention to the details. Your relationship skills are outspoken, and you consider yourself a people person with great listening skills. Other than that you have:

  • a natural interest in complex technologies
  • great verbal and written communication skills
  • data driven reporting skills
  • a bias towards action
